We're doing some changes to the navigation bar links that are available at the top of each page here on Our FamilyForum that will hopefully reduce some of the clutter. Lately we've been getting more and more buttons added to the bar, so I've installed a couple of Mods that will help to consolidate some of those buttons by pulling many of them in to display under a single 'main' button.
The first Mod is "
6 Custom buttons / tabs and menu's (up to 4)"

I made this since for the last few weeks, its all I have been hearing in the support forums. Since its similar to another mod, I added more features, like sub menus and an extra button.
The mod lets you enable which ever amount of buttons you need, up to 6. The mod also lets you have upto 4 menu items for each menu, which are also completely customizable.
You can change the label of the button, and the URL.

I didn't add Admin or Moderate for obvious reasons.
It all seems to be working well, but I did have some difficulty with the code because it was not written to be compatible with our TinyPortal software. Basically I had to dig through each line of the XML code and do custom edits to the "$sourcedir/Subs.php" file... and there were lots of lines in there. :08:
So now there are two new buttons and several others that have been removed and placed under the new one in the form of drop-down menus.
The new buttons are 'Extra-Pages' and 'Profile'. The original Profile button is now under the new one plus your PM's and the Member List, but I may change those around a little over the next few days as I experiment with the best way to arrange the various links.
For the Extra-Pages name... I'm not liking that very much, so renaming suggestions are welcome.
