My sister told me about this as she still lives in Philly. I remember WDAS FM played a lot of this stuff when I was in my late teens and twenties and was a DJ.  They play Rap, Soul and R&B.

I've been listening to it for the 2 hours. LOL I remember her telling me about some years ago but forgot about it.
