[recipe] Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Wasn't sure where to put this Ken! edit: but I know now lol

Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Cooking Time: approx 5 mins

Serves: 2

Recipe:
4 eggs
Knob of butter
2 or 3 Tbsp milk
50g of you favourite cheese
1 Tbsp garlic (optional)
Salt and Pepper

Method
1. Whisk eggs. cheese, milk and garlic together and season with salt and pepper
2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add eggs and keep moving until they reach required consistency for you. Use a whisk for fine scramble or a spoon for chunky scramble. (They are tastier when left a little loose!)
3. Add cheese (and garlic if you wish) and stir. Serve immediately on hot buttered toast. Ummmmm!

I done all the same in a microwave, and added all ingredient at once, cooked for 2 min on high, stir then cooked for 2 more min

I am sure some family members would love to add or use the recipes here, I know Steve has some good stuff up his sleeve ;)

Another good reason for a news letter Ken :bigthumb:

I'll do this tomorrow morning, it's bed time now.  :yikes:

Bump this if you don't see the board by the afternoon EST.

That's how I usually make my eggs except I cook them on the stove top. I also tend to add one or more of the following:

chopped onions (cooked) or onion powder
diced bacon, cooked
diced potatoes, cooked
a sprinkle of dried cilantro
cooked veggies

* if adding fresh tomatoes you should chop and seed them first and always add the tomatoes at the end of cooking so they do not over cook. ;)

After the eggs are just about set then sprinkle your cheese on top. Turn off the stove and cover for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Enjoy! :)
