Tried to access Bloc's site this morning and was greeted with a notice that he is withdrawing from the forum themes world. 

Blocweb is retired. Its been fun, but the time has finally come to let it to rest and follow my passion for art instead.
Thanks to everyone that followed and supported the site through the years.

In case you are not aware of Bloc, he's the original developer of the TinyPortal mod that is a very large part of the 'look and feel' of Our FamilyForum and ten's of thousands of other websites around the world.
He is also a brilliant theme designer and most of the themes we use here on OFF comes from Bloc.

Hopefully he will at some point return because his absents creates a very large void in the creative side of all those sites that have shared his work.

You may be right... he has come back after a little break before.
