When I came here 2 days ago I noticed a double shout from Ken. When I made a shout it did it to me and when I clicked "Shout" I saw what looked like a themeless screen like when your theme is removed or not right. Everything was there but there was no formatting, tables, colors, etc. except for the avatars. I thought it was a server glitch and refreshed the screen. I think it is then that it creates a 2nd shout but does not fix the theme issue. So, I used my browser's back button to go back and it worked. I was a bit busy at the time and said I'll check it out later but never did.

Today I shouted and it happened again. This time I decided to take a screenie of what happens after the first shout. See the attachment...

Ken, as far as I'm aware it's only happened here. No one else has reported this problem. It worked fine for me just now. What browsers are you guys using, just in case?
