You think cooking with bacon fat is awesome? Wait until you try duck fat!!!

Try it with potatoes, or other veggies or even meats!

Not all stores sell it but some do. I found the 7oz. size for $6.99 at a Giant Store...here's what it looks like:

EDIT: And I don't plan on eating it every day. I have small 7 oz container. It should last about 6 months in the fridge they say or I can freeze it.
