I'm just starting on a diet and exercise regimen because my weight (283) and blood (173) are becoming a serious problem, if I don't correct the situation now the needle will be in my future very soon.  :christmas-cry:

Salt is one item that's very important to my effort... all salt will be eliminated from wherever possible. Of course there's natural salts in some foods and lots of salt in most any processed foods.

Aura and a few others on her site have BP/heart issues. She's been MIA for almost a week now after telling me it was through the roof! I've been meaning to post things like things but other things got in the way.
