Microsoft PowerToys for Win 10
« on: May 08, 2020, 06:40:02 PM »
It's likely that we've all used Microsoft PowerToys at some point during our computing adventures, I surely have.

So... I had to replace my old desktop tower with a refurbed unit from my local PC repair shop, which meant that all the nice apps that I liked had to be tracked down and installed. One of those apps is an image resizer and while looking for that me found the latest version of PowerToys, so gonna install it and give it a bit of a trial.

Haha! I remember testing PowerToys for Win95 and ME when I was a MS Beta Tester. They eventually dropped this after a few years. Has some nice features! I downloaded it.

Do you remember the dancing wheelchair guy? I always loved running that video while playing my music.

LOL, yes. I have a few copies of the beta versions on CD somewhere.

On a side note, I saw on eBay they have external floppy drives and may get one to try to use some of the old software I have. LOL They range in price from about $20-$40+. The lower priced ones are usually pre-owned or refurbished and the others are new.
