Often times when listening to music I will settle into some kind of pattern where I stick with one style of artist, or one kind of musical genres for a while. My current choice is the guitar and the music that has evolved into our modern day Rock and Roll, Jazz,  and Blues and even some of the Rap that we listen too. In this next YouTube video you can watch Rick Beato give us a list of the artists, some of who only play the guitar and some who also sing, who he thinks are some of the more important guitar players who's influence we can see in our music of today.

Stuff to do When Pulling an All-nighter!

These all-nighters, "yes I'm up all night again", can get to be rather irritating at times, so I try to find interesting stuff to do and most nights that means doing computer stuff. Like watching YouTube videos, including a lot of music videos with an eye toward not just entertaining myself but also learning a little about the kinds of music that I love and why it is that I do love it. The article that this topic is based on is teaching me a lot about the history of the guitar and the people who play, but it goes well beyond just the guitar.
