My sister told me about this as she still lives in Philly. I remember WDAS FM played a lot of this stuff when I was in my late teens and twenties and was a DJ.  They play Rap, Soul and R&B.

I forgot to mention that DJ Touchtone is a blind DJ!  Been listening to him since my 20's.
