A new Contact Us page has been installed.

The old one was nice, but this new page is actually installed into the forum package system and works off the memberbase which gives us much better control on who can use the contact page.
For now I have it set to let guests post to the contact page, but that guest permission can be turned off if we start getting a bunch of spam through it. 

Please feel free to give it a try... your doing so will provide me with valuable feedback on how it's working.
