Lisa made this the other week..

She added ground beef, peas, chopped peppers, onions, and sweetcorn.

topped with mash, and added cheese and potato swirls to the topping

That's pretty much the same ingredients I usually make mine with except I usually add diced carrots too. I usually don't make it that pretty tho. Maybe I need to step up my game a bit.
