Yeah, I know I'm about 2-3 weeks late.  :opps:

Ok... since the turkey we had last year was so tasty we are doing it again:

Turkey Roulades with Fontina and Sage

MacSagna - for the Mac n cheese...

Creamed Kaleā€©

Bourbon Glazed Carrots

The rest is coming shortly...

Ooops! Forget that Lealer wants in on the deal.  shocked003

She wants to make some creamed kale and some sweet potatoes. The kale link is in the first post.

Candied Yams - done but was not the original plan...

Mac N Cheese - done...went for a more traditional and much less fussy version. I got lazy.  :hah!:

Prepping veggies (onions, etc.) for most other dishes done.

I usually make those every year. My grandmother would peel and slice them and parboil them. Them she'd coat them in a sugar/cinnamon coating and fry them in butter until they had a candy-like shell and were slightly browned!

This year I made them a bit different. I diced them and baked them in a cast iron skillet with a sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg coating with lots of butter. This a bit less fussy and made a nice sugary glaze.
