Topic: Fresh Orange Cranberry Sauce

I should have made this on Thanksgiving but we never got around to it. So, we froze the 2 bags of fresh cranberries...until today.

I've made a few enhancements to this recipe. I only used 1/2 cup of sugar but also added some honey. In addition, I added a little cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a pinch of salt. I only used 1/2 a cup of OJ but added some 100% cranberry juice. I omitted the walnuts. Maybe next time I'll add a bit of vanilla and/or almond extract.

Sounds good, but around here I'm the only one who eats Cranberry Sauce so there's no hope for Kay making some of this version.
