Soft Italian Breadsticks
« on: December 20, 2016, 09:28:39 AM »
Lealer said she will make lasagna for Xmas so I thought about making some fresh garlic bread to go with it. during my search for something good but kind of easy I found this recipe. It has great reviews and is easy to make. If you don't have a bread machine and using instant yeast you can just add everything together in a mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook and mix on med speed until the dough is smooth and follow the rest of the recipe.

If you are using active yeast, mix the water, yeast, sugar and let it proof for 10 minutes then mix as directed above and continue with the recipe.
