Just bought one of these! I already have a cheap pressure cooker that my grandfather gave me but never liked. I've got a craftsy class for pressure cooking recently and they have a newer class out which I'll probably get too!

I've made my 2nd recipe from scratch and it worked well! Yeah, I got brave and tried to make something on my own. LOL

I read some recipes on the web for braised beef. I bought a beef pot roast and cooked it along with onions, garlic, and beef broth and it came out very tender! I sliced it thin and reduced the juices in a separate pot that were left into a thick gravy and added the beef back to it and reduced the gravy further to my liking and it came out good!

I bought some wraps and will make some beef and gravy wraps when I get hungry!
