I LOOOOOOVE anything with miso in it but unfortunately it has a high sodium content but is VERY tasty! so, I can only eat it sparingly.  :tickedoff: Even so, I've GOT to make this!

When I was a youngster we also had this same kind of dish using Poke Salad Greens. You had to be very careful with these greens though, they grew wild and if you picked then at the wrong time during the growth cycle they could be deadly.  shocked003

... we often used pork ribs instead of beef because pork was more readily available.

I've been having a taste for the collards I usually my...with smoked shanks. ;) Then I found the above recipe. I might make it this weekend, if I can find the beef ribs. Sometimes the stores have them, sometimes not. :(
