Bread Machine Yeast Vs. Instant Dry Yeast
« on: March 26, 2023, 12:25:14 AM »
Most instant yeast you do not have to bloom before mixing and baking. Instant yeast you can just add to the dry ingredients and start the rest of the process. But, you can bloom instant yeast first and it will take less rising times for the dough. ;)
