It's not surprising that the company is not admitting to any blame because in today's world with all of the law suits and counter suits no one can accept any blame for fear of the judgements that will come from a case like this.

It's really bad here in PA. Companies get away with everything cause they pay off local codes enforcers and OSHA. The job I have now has holes in the walls and ceilings. The fork lifts don't have rear view mirrors, the pallets we use are broken and someone can easily break or injure themselves as well as the ladders we use.

They have been buy a new ladder here and there but old ones are wobbly and should've been replaced ages ago! But they'd rather buy food a few times a week and a lot of it gets thrown away. Yet, they say they don't have the money for other things.

Cutting corners is SOP for a lot of companies, profits are only thing that matters.
