This isn't too far away from from here. I've driven near or through there a lot of times in my life. This is a very sick MoFo!!! The biggest issue is that no one said or did anything about it for many, many years!!! This article is the latest update on it. The other links give info happened prior to this.

Sounds like he was long overdue for some kind of mental health treatment/help and everyone around him just let his behavior slide.

His entire family probably has issues, especially if they let his behavior go on for so long! His mom needs to be held accountable for some of this as well because she did nothing to help him, so it seems.
