LOL, the funny thing is that I had my yearly blood work and exam done on Tuesday. The Dr. said everything looked good but my potassium was a little low. So, eat more bananas and oranges. But he didn't say how to eat them.  :happy1:

This type of dessert is called "Nice" cream. It is vegan but you can make various kinds. :)
