Les if you're crunching with a laptop keep and eye on temps and if there's any concern we can show you how to throttle things back a bit.

I use a laptop as a cruncher too but I have to blow it out pretty regularly as they just aren't designed with a lot of cooling ability.

Definitely make sure it's got good airflow at the bottom and never put it on a sofa or carpet but I figure you most likely know that part anyway.

I run 4 laptops along side my Towers to crunch ....they probably produce 25% of my current production  LW is right you MUST maintain air flow!!!!!

Airflow is crucial to any computer...unless you want to fry something. Been there, done that. LOL
