That seemed to fix it.

You don't have to look in a file to find out. Just go to Admin -> Maintenance -> Database. At the bottom of the page you'll see if you can convert it or if it already has been. Just don't forget to go back there after you convert it. This time you'll see "Convert HTML-entities to UTF-8 characters" click "Run task now" to complete the process.

NOTE:
For this test, with this identity, (Minnie) I'm using IE-11 and the preview function is working OK.   :o

Speaking of outdated and obsolete Mods... another one that comes to mind that fell by the wayside was the Reviews mod that Dragooon wrote. I thought it was worth saving, but he grew up and moved on to other things.
I think he's still involved with SMF though.

As noted later, after the above post, Dragooon sounded really interested but had some R/L issues to resolve. It has been over three weeks now and I sent him a reminder PM on the 11th, but haven't heard back from him even though he has been active on SMF. Ah well, hopefully he will respond in time.  :)

On another note... Bloc is doing themes again!  :hah!:
Check it out here.

It's called ShelfLife... I like it.

I installed it on one of my sites and really looks good... It has some issue yet , But Bloc did say he was still at it and it.s still beta. The issue I found are in the admin menu. But looking real nice clean very Pro as always!

Maxx

Maxx, I'm only using it on my test site for now, as you mentioned, Bloc had said that it still needs a lot of work.

If anyone cares to look at this project that Bloc is working on, in action? you'll find it here, and it's looking and working out nicely.

Also look great with TP installed as well! :)

Simpleportal?  knuppel what happened there then. lol..  Must say SP does work in this theme, better than TP does atm.  Have you managed to change the logo via theme admin? For some reason I don't seem to be able to.
