Yeah, I've always loved CPG. It's a shame it's not a SMF mod. But you can integrate it into SMF's system. I just haven't needed a gallery much lately...

Currently, I'm working on a new E107 site...again probably for my recipes. LOL I love E107 but it is a bit complex and you can do almost anything with it including making your own blocks, etc.

Yes, I love it and have been playing with it for about 10+ years...probably 15 or so. LOL I haven't played with it lately but just got back into it now that I'm more comfortable with the VPS.

It is VERY customizable! But there's a lot to it and will take a bit to get used to. You can do the same as you would with SMF + TP +gallery, etc. but have more freedom to customize the look and feel to your liking. Once you get used to the terms (how things are named and done) it's not hard at all. It's just different that how you are used to doing things.

The Media gallery is having an issue with displaying more than one page in an album, I've posted on SMF HERE to see if there is a fix for the issue.

I do have a small issue and hopefully a fix can be found.
I've read all 39 pages in this topic and didn't see my issue mentioned, but one of the posters in this topic posted a link to his gallery so I checked his and it did not have the same problem, so that seems to suggest that it's my install and not the mod, so mine was uninstalled and then reinstalled and the issue remains.

So, here 'tis... when more than a single page is needed to hold all of the images a link for a second page will display, but clicking the link for the second page takes you to an error page that tells me; "The article isn't active, hasn't been approved yet, or simply does not exist."

This first link will take you to the album, and the second link will take you to the error page.

Interesting.  I haven't had more than one page in one of my albums, so can't say I've noticed this.  Wonder if it's a conflict with TP in some way, as no one else has mentioned it.

Like I said, Sadly Arantor stopped work on this mod some time back, but if we're lucky he'll come up with a fix for it.

Yes it is sad... social media like FB has played a very large part in the decline of forums imo.

This is strange...

While thrashing around with the Media gallery I've discovered that if you change the page number in the address bar from two to three it will then display the second page, including displaying the correct number on the page, as seen in this screen shot.
