I'm making Beef & Pork Ragù Lasagne...except without the beef. So, it's all pork lasagna...except for some beef broth added in.
It's quite a bit of work dicing everything fine...especially the 2lbs. of meat.
Sounds fun.
Tomorrow we're having a B-Day dinner
Joel, so Kay is cooking parts of the food today. Chicken salad sandwiches are the main event, but don't let that simple sounding sandwich fool you because when Kay makes them it's a major event and that's why she has to start today.
Her cake starts life as a Duncan Hinds plain white cake mix and from there morphs into a Strawberry filled Bunt cake that has diced Strawberries, Strawberry Jam, heavy whipping cream and who knows what else.
It's gonna be good stuff... it always is.
