Bacon and Eggs in a Mason Jar!

Lately Kay has been making Eggs in a Mason Jar for my lunch... it are nice.  laughing7

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Strips of per-cooked Bacon, broken into small pieces.
1/8 cup Avocado
1 tbs Mushrooms
Season to taste

Place eggs in the Mason Jar, whip/stir thoroughly, then mix in all the other ingredients and Microwave for two minutes.
Did I mention, it are good.  :eat:

That sounds like the "Microwave In A Cup" recipes. :)

And avocados are good for you. ;)
