Quick & Easy Flatbread
« on: January 01, 2016, 12:24:55 PM »
I've been having a pizza craving lately. But today, New Year Day, most places are closed! So, I searched for a quick and easy recipe for pizza dough and then though of flatbreads since they are quick and easy. I just made this recipe and it works really well! Next time I'll add some herbs to it for added flavor!

I had some smoked kielbasa in the fridge that I need to cook before it goes bad...so, I'll make a smoked kielbasa, onion, mild banana pepper, and cheese pizza. Hmmm, got some feta, fontina, and some Kraft processed cheese. I'll figure it out.  :hah!:

The recipe makes 4 breads. I've only used one of them so far. Better hurry before the family gets them!
