I found this tool today while surfing around for something else. It allows you to disable a lot of the Windows 10 settings, such a Cortana and the tracking they do that can give away your privacy and slow down your PC! It is highly suggested that you create a restore point in case you wish you go back to the old settings although you can change them whenever you wish. This program does not install anything at all and does not install itself! Just run it!

So far, I've experienced no lag with opening up any programs or apps at all! I used the "recommended settings" and may adjust it as needed later.

You know how sometimes when you open something there is a delay like opening the File Explorer? Now it open immediately! No lad what so ever! I'm loving it! The only thing is whenever Windows has a new update you may have to either redo your settings for it or get an upgrade for it. But that's easy cause there nothing to install...just make sure your settings are correct after downloading the updated version!  :coolsmiley:

EDIT: This has also seemed to help with the mouse lag.
