I've introduced a rather nasty bug to this TP 1.3 version, if running on anything lower than PHP 5.5 it'll throw a fatal error.  Getting help with this as I type.  It can (I think) be resolved by grabbing the /Sources/TPortal.php file from TP 1.2 and replacing the TP1.3 one.

Actually, I have a php switcher on all 3 of my servers and have switch to php 7.1 since smf 2.0.14 was released just to see if it works. Underdog/Chen Zhen did a fix so the arcade will work with it.

I upgraded this version over the old version and still have issues with the shoutbox on my VPS. I'll try it on my other hosting to see if I have the same issues. Les installed the last version and had the same issue on his server.

EDIT: Yup! Getting the same shoutbox issues on Docskillz server and with a fresh install. You have to do it yourself to see what I'm talking about.

When I shout something I see this...see the image. It's a blank page showing only the shouts minus any theme or CSS. If you refresh the screen it does not go away. However, if you hit the back button on the keyboard or browser all is well.

OK, registered, and see the shoutbox. Doesn't look like regular members can shout atm.  Did you set it like that?

Sorry, Mick. Since I was the only one there I didn't think about membergroup settings. You are now an admin and I've changed the regular member group so they can shout too.

Steve, I've sent you a PM on over on your test site,  I think I've fixed the shoutbox on there, and cleared the error log.  I reckon the online box error is something to do with 2.0.14 breaking the SSI functions in php 7, because all that block does is display SSI.

Will investigate further.
