Well, yes, Mr Hill everything is very much OK.

There have been no real issues to date and everything has gone smooth as silk. There were some minor disruptions in the connection from my end while the nameservers were changing over, but that's to be expected and is easily cured by a little time or clearing of the browsers cache.
All in all a painless experience that took only 20-24 hours to complete, not much time really because in times past I can remember this taking several days.

So, I'm very pleased with Steve's Server's!

BTW... checking on the domain name question and it looks like there are a few hoops to be jumped through, so I'll wait a few on that.

You'll need to request the EPP code (Authorization code) and unlock the domain. It's a simple process unless your hosting tries to make it difficult.

You should register for an account with namecheap first! Then...

Go to your domain's settings, on the left you'll see "Registrar Lock. Click it and in the middle of the screen you'll see "Disable registrar Lock".

Go to your namecheap account and to this page transfer the domain to it then lock it.

Actually, an account has been setup with Namecheap and the domain transfer is being processed.

The site went down for about 15-30 minutes...not sure but is back up now. I assume it transferred as expected.

Just sent a note to Frank letting him know that the site and domain have been moved from G.C. Solutions to Steve's Server's. 8)

Several days in and everything seems to be working just fine.

Page loads are fast and no problems that we can see at this time... Steve's Server's are rocking.

It has only went down about 3 times and that was my fault. But I love the speed.
