What resonated with me is the part at the end about the "patriots". The majority of the people who "claim" to be "Real Americans" and "Patriotic" are not! Being a "Real American" and "Patriotic" means that you should be willing to die for the right of yourself AND OTHERS to believe what they want to believe. However, it does NOT give you the right to harm anyone because they do not believe the same as you! And, most often, you can tell who these people are because of the huge "house-sized" flags in from of their homes. This is something I've said time and time again...

Yes, I get that and agree with you, but to me, it's even more disturbing to see someone fly the confederate flag and claim to be "patriots"... they are not patriots but instead they are trying to promote revisionist history which would have us believe that the southern states actually did win the Revolutionary War *Civil* War after all. And, sadly, in some ways they did exactly that, look to the 'Jim Crow' laws and lots of other ways that have been used to hold down the Black citizens of the USA.

Last week, on the way home from work in a rural area, I noticed someone hung a huge Confederate flag under a huge American flag. I noticed Monday that it was gone along with the American flag. That particular area is definitely Trump country. You can tell because of all of the huge flags and Trump banners around. So, something must have happened. It is a well traveled road by many people from various cities.

I can only assumed that either someone complained who travels through there or his own neighbors complained because they don't want protesters there who could possibly destroy their properties or just be hanging out there...you know they don't want us there. LOL I'd love to see that in that area. Some of those people work at my job and we've had it out a few times and they have learn to respect me!

I love bigots! It's SOOOOOO easy to make them look stupid cause the majority of them are and have no minds of their own. Everything is "Well, so and so said so it must be true" without checking the facts. VERY easy to fool them and make them look so dumb! LMAO I love messing with their heads....they don't like me much at my job but they respect me!

Do you know how to easily make a racist/bigot look stupid, even to their own if they use the "N-word"? After they say it, look very surprised and say, "Wow! You've said a 6 letter word! And you pronounced it correctly!". I'm SOOOO proud of you!" And smile! Trust me! Everyone will start laughing at them and they will do one of two things. They will get upset and leave the area... Or they will get very mad and try to attack you because of it...that's what I'm waiting for. They will get their asses whooped then go to jail where they will meet (and greet) my prison guard relatives.

Stanford, Calif. – Lucius J. Barker, Ph.D., who broke through racial barriers to become a renowned academic leader, author and professor of political science, constitutional law and civil liberties, died in his Northern California home of complications due to Alzheimer’s Disease on June 21, 2020. He was 92.

Barker, who grew up in the rigidly segregated South and worked his way to the upper echelon of his field, won dozens of awards and held numerous leadership roles throughout his career. Among his achievements, he served as president of the American Political Science Association (APSA) in 1992-1993. He was the second Black leader to hold that position, more than 40 years after the organization’s first Black president, the late Dr. Ralph Bunche, Nobel peace prize winner and former United Nations official.

“It’s fitting to salute Lucius Barker during this crucial time in race relations, as he was a scholarly soldier in our ongoing battle for equal rights,” said Rev. Jesse L. Jackson Sr., civil rights icon and founder of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition. “He dedicated his professional career to research, analyze and teach the next generations about the pivotal events, court rulings and laws that comprise American civil liberties.”

All of this is so sickening and just plain sad... not just that our leader continually tries to feed into this madness, but that so many of our fellow citizens buy his line of hate speech.

"our fellow citizens" were already haters...they were just quiet and without a leader like them to lead and represent them until now.

EDIT: Personally, I think he is doing these things on purpose to get both sides to hate each other...he is about the hate. Another civil war is coming if this keeps up, make no mistake about it.
