This is the French version of a grilled ham and cheese sammy. It's nothing like you've ever had and you'll prolly never want to eat ham and cheese any other way after trying one!
It requires a little work but is oh-so worth it! Btw, you have to eat it with a knife and fork cause it'll be pretty messy if you try to pick it up and eat it. You should also eat it right after making it for the best taste. If you let it sit for awhile the toast will not be as crunchy and the cheese sauce not so melty. lol And get some really good deli ham and good cheeses...it'll be worth every penny and then some!
