Topic: Mini Potato, Steak, and Chorizo Pies

I'd like to try this with thinly sliced or chunks of steak.

I love all of those ingredients including the chorizo, so I would really like to try this dish. The only way we've ever used chorizo is in an egg scramble(which I love) so this would be a great way to try a new dish using the chorizo.

I like it in eggs as well. But sometimes I'll use it in pasta dishes or soups/stews.
