I've never liked Brussels Sprouts, but the addition of the Chorizo make it sound interesting.  :thumbup:

I never liked them until I started roasting them. I started liking other veggies once I started roasting then as it caramelizes their sugars and makes them taste better. ;) This is especially true if you season them properly and/or use a good sauce on them.
