Take grilled cheese to the next level with these mouthwatering combos. For me, it would be Gruyere and parmesan cheese with caramelized onion, roasted garlic, dijon mustard, beef bouillon (ground or cubes) and a diced meat (ham, salami, turkey, etc. cooked to get a good fond in the pan before caramelizing the onions). Totally awesome!!! It takes a bit of work but well worth the rewards!!!  :D
