A Few Italian Recipes
« on: December 05, 2024, 06:58:16 PM »
I've seen these recipes many times on the net and in my cooking magazines and book but have yet to make them.

Mozzarella in Carrozza (Italian Fried Mozzarella Sandwiches). These look SOOOO good!:

Lasagna Napoletana (Lasagna With Sausage, Smoked Cheese, and Meatballs) Recipe: This is the kind of stuff I live for!!! But, I don't want to make all of those tiny meatballs. So, I would make them bigger and fry m and cut them into quarters or smaller. It would be a lot easier. And, I'll try almost anything with smoked cheese in it!

Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches: It's chicken parm...what else is there to say? LOL
